Many people try to make a lampredotto sandwich but few succeed... and this is the right place! In addition to knowing how to season the lampredotto here it is put in the right bread... I haven't been there for years but it's always worth it!

Semplicemente perfetto, il chiosco delle meraviglie, panino col lampredotto e salsa verde da ricordare, primi piatti abbondanti e goduriosi, sugo col Germano, sugo con la pecora, il mitico peposo con le patate, se fosse una trattoria sarebbe quella con la cucina più buona di Firenze.

07/04/2025: Wine tasting was very informed and the dinner was fabulous.
13/01/2025: We went on a tour from Florence that brought us to this lovely restaurant. They brought us several dishes and wine. Afterward, we were lead to a gorgeous spot overlooking a vineyard. We were able to sample various types of wine and oil and were able to make purchases to be sent home. It was expensive but a really nice way to get have an edible souvenir and gifts that we wouldn’t have to carry with us for the rest of the trip. Delicious place we hope to return to!
