She found this place online. It's not a touristy place, it's small, but it offers delicious street food. Large, generously filled sandwiches with local ingredients. The owner is kind and helpful. We had two sandwiches, a beer, and an iced tea, for 15 euros.

A true hidden gem! This snack bar, run by a senior citizen, has it all: simplicity, authenticity, and cuisine made with heart. We tried the pampanella sandwich, and it was simply divine, tasty, and generous. The place doesn't look like much, with its two benches and a table outside, and a few tables inside, but that's precisely what makes it so charming: no frills, just good food and a sincere welcome. The server is remarkably kind, always with a smile, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. An unpretentious place, but not to be missed if you love good homemade sandwiches. I'll definitely go back before leaving!

5-star Street Food: La 'Mbosta in Campobasso - Molise The best of Street Food... in 30 m2! It is unthinkable to stay in Campobasso without visiting La 'mbosta. A true institution, due to the uniqueness of the offer and the owner Giacinto. Superior quality raw materials, chosen by Giacinto with extreme care and dedication, especially as regards the meat, as Giacinto himself comes from generations of butchers. The sandwiches all recall the culinary traditions of Molise, with a wink to the typical features of Campobasso: cicoli (cracklings), paparuless (round pepper, sweet and sour), porchetta, pampanella and so on and so forth. I've tasted pretty much everything and couldn't decide on my favorite. I perhaps recommend... trying everything! And then, Giacinto alone is worth the visit: he will be able to tell you incredible stories and will suggest new itineraries, culinary and otherwise.

Il top dello Street Food… in 30 Mq! Impensabile soggiornare a Campobasso senza visitare La ‘mbosta. Una vera istituzione, per la tipicità dell’offerta e per il titolare Giacinto. Materie prime di qualità superiore, scelte da Giacinto con estrema cura e dedizione, soprattutto per quel che riguarda la carne, provenendo lo stesso Giacinto da generazioni di macellai. I panini richiamano tutti la tradizioni culinarie molisane, con un occhio strizzato alla tipicità di Campobasso: cicoli (ciccioli), paparuless (peperone tondo, agro dolce), porchetta, pampanella e chi più ne ha ne metta. Ho assaggiato praticamente tutto e non saprei decidere il mio preferito. Consiglio forse …di provare tutto! E poi, solo Giacinto vale la visita: vi saprà raccontarne storie incredibili e vi suggerirà itinerari, culinari e non, inediti.
