A true institution, due to the uniqueness of the offer and the owner Giacinto. Superior quality raw materials, chosen by Giacinto with extreme care and dedication, especially as regards the meat, as Giacinto himself comes from generations of butchers. The sandwiches all recall the culinary traditions of Molise, with a wink to the typical features of Campobasso: cicoli (cracklings), paparuless (round pepper, sweet and sour), porchetta, pampanella and so on and so forth. I've tasted pretty much everything and couldn't decide on my favorite. I perhaps recommend... trying everything! And then, Giacinto alone is worth the visit: he will be able to tell you incredible stories and will suggest new itineraries, culinary and otherwise.
