06/04/2025: We had an amazing experience at Isteria in Monopoli! Everything was absolutely delicious — from the starters to the desserts, each dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a stylish touch that made the whole evening feel special. A big shoutout to Francesco, our waiter, who truly made our night unforgettable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and had great recommendations. His warm personality and professionalism added so much to the overall experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and loves what he does. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Monopoli — ask for Francesco if you can!
