Excellent restaurant, attentive to intolerances without sacrificing taste! At L'altra Bari Napoli, gluten-free and lactose-free options are available, and some vegetarian options are also available!

I returned to this place for dinner with friends after a few years away, and I was so pleased! The pizzas are delicious, both the regular and the gluten-free ones. The gluten-free version deserves special praise, as it's truly difficult to make a thin gluten-free pizza like the one I had last Friday. For those visiting in the evening on the weekend, keep in mind that there will be a bit of a wait, especially without a reservation, but it's worth it ❤️

Exceptional chips, welcoming staff, nice but a little cold location, fairly fast service. Regarding the food: the pizza leaves a bit to be desired, especially with the "Barese" base; I'd describe it as a little dry, but otherwise the pasta and appetizers are excellent.

Good pizzas, extensive menu, choice of Bari and Neapolitan dough. Prices are average. The only caveat: the place is almost always very busy, and noisy even during the week. Reservations are highly recommended.

Excellent pizzeria (you can choose between Bari-style or Neapolitan-style pizzas). On Thursdays, they also make panzerotti, which are very good. You can also choose a 50 cm long pizza with various toppings. Prices are average. I recommend it.

30/12/2025: Excellent pizza, polite staff, the only flaw was the wait for some dishes to arrive.
10/11/2025: We were invited by some friends of ours from Ruvo... The restaurant is very easy to get to and very beautiful, well-restored, clean, and typical of Puglia with its stone vaults. We ate wonderfully, from appetizers to dessert. The portions were generous and well-balanced. The owner and staff were very kind, professional, and fast. Highly recommended!

17/01/2026: If you're in the Polignano area and looking for a place to eat without being a fan of seafood delicacies, definitely go out of your way and drop by Conversano. A whole range of meat delicacies awaits you there, not counting the prepared dishes on the menu. And don't let the counter full of meat fool you; upon entering, you might think it's an ordinary butcher's shop. Behind the counter, you're greeted by a smiling, enormous man whose very presence beckons you in. You immediately feel like you've been there many times before, as the girls will lead you to a table that might have a reservation, but you arrived at the right time. And, as in Italy, you'll eat cheaply and to your heart's content. Everyone who comes in is a friend, and that's what the man behind the counter is all about. Friendly and smiling. You have to go back.
08/11/2025: We stopped by for a quick lunch and it was a great experience. The staff was professional and very friendly. The food was excellent. The fried fish was top notch! Highly recommended!
