Eccezionale! Ci vengo da anni… Servizio accogliente ed attento. Pietanze deliziose, curate, si percepisce grande passione nella preparazione. Menù dinamico, segue le stagioni. Prezzo onesto. Top.

What a wonderful dinner! I have been frequenting Alimentare for many years, famous in the city for its excellent veal with tuna sauce, meatballs with sauce and tiramisu. This evening I tried the "new entries" (yes, here the menu changes with the seasons), which I highly recommend: I start with a taste: cod fritter.... stre-pi-to-sa! I would pair it with Ma'kaira linguine, my favorite dish. I continue with turnip gnocchi, covered with a goat's blue fondue and toasted hazelnuts, a very delicate dish that goes well with the excellent glass of Nebbiolo; free-range chicken, hunter-style, for second course. Very tender and tasty. And finally the desserts. For once I don't get the panna cotta or tiramisu, but I try the new rose-shaped cake, with a center of caramelized apples. Super! Intimate atmosphere, ideal place for a quiet evening with family and friends. Great courtesy and professionalism, truly compliments to the managers and chefs.

How to feel at home away from home! Every time I go there I eat very well. Maybe a little expensive but the quality is excellent: better to eat out once less but enjoy dishes that are good for you ❤
