Took takeaway ElBoveDeLaMuerte, simply fantastic. Spicy per menu, but nothing to be afraid of if used to spicy food.

I went there over the weekend, and a very nice and beautiful lady immediately seated us at our reserved table (I recommend reserving because it's small). I had excellent fried vegetables, and they made rice and scrambled eggs for my daughter. The atmosphere was pleasant and the music was good. Prices were affordable, lower than the average in Bari.

Excellent cuisine and welcoming to repeat

Four of us went out last Wednesday night with a specific goal: to finally find a good Mexican restaurant in Bari. After so many disappointments, we started with low expectations. Personally, being South American and used to cooking similar dishes at home, I have often found restaurants that claimed to be experts in Mexican or Tex-Mex cuisine, but then served unauthentic food, often mediocre and with prices that were way too high. Then the surprise: L’Albero Che…. A small, intimate but well-decorated place with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. As soon as we entered we immediately felt a good energy. We ordered several dishes to share and from the first bite it was clear that this time it would be different. The nachos with meat, guacamole and cheese were simply perfect: crunchy, generously seasoned, balanced in flavor. The pieces of fried chicken were a spectacle – crunchy on the outside, very soft on the inside, really tasty. Then came the burritos, enormous and overflowing: full, succulent, enveloping. So abundant that we couldn't finish them and asked to take them away. We ended the evening with delicious, fragrant churros, with a cream to accompany them that was simply perfect. The whole thing - drinks and dessert included - cost us 25 euros each. A very fair price, considering the quantity and, above all, the quality of the food. After so many disappointing experiences, finally a place that truly knows how to respect the spirit of the cuisine it offers. In conclusion, we highly recommend L'Albero Che... to those who love Mexican or Tex-Mex food, and want a tasty, authentic and informal evening. You eat well, you spend the right amount, and you go home full and satisfied. A small place that deserves great attention
