Welcoming place, very friendly staff, as is the owner. Excellent seafood dinner. Fried calamari with potatoes, spaghetti with clams and grilled swordfish, swordfish and tuna tartare—these were the dishes we ordered, and they were truly high-quality and delicious. I recommend trying this restaurant, and I'll be back again for the pizza.

We had an excellent meal at this lovely restaurant. There were two of us and we ordered one antipasto, one primo, and one secundo. We shared all the dishes. The fish carpaccio was delicious, as was the pasta with blue cheese and the rib steak served with fried potatoes.

I was invited to lunch at the Alambicco restaurant in Cassa for a confirmation and the experience was truly pleasant. The dishes were exquisite, well prepared and with a careful presentation. The portions were just right, neither too abundant nor scarce, perfect for appreciating every flavor. The quiet and welcoming environment made lunch even more enjoyable. A place that is definitely worth a visit, even for other occasions. Compliments to the staff for their courtesy and professionalism!

What can I say .... We celebrated my daughter Camilla's communion, amazing welcome, availability, excellent food with honors, excellent for ceremonies And even if you happen to pass by it is worth stopping for a good lunch or dinner. It has become our favorite restaurant. Thanks for everything See you soon

Fin dal primo istante, l’ambiente colpisce per la sua eleganza: gli spazi sono incredibilmente ben curati, e ogni tavolo è apparecchiato con gusto e una ricercatezza che si percepisce in ogni singolo elemento, dal tovagliato alle posate, creando un’atmosfera davvero raffinata e accogliente. Il personale merita un plauso speciale: sempre attento, discreto e di una cordialità squisita, contribuisce in maniera significativa a rendere il pasto un momento di puro piacere. Ogni richiesta viene gestita con professionalità e un sorriso, facendoti sentire coccolato ma mai invadente. E poi, la cucina. Le portate sono non solo molto buone, ma anche splendidamente presentate. Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro visivo prima ancora di essere gustato, rivelando poi sapori equilibrati e ingredienti di alta qualità. 21/09/2025: We stopped by chance on our way back from Pian Benot, drawn by the great reviews. We had a great time, and the food was truly delicious! We ordered two "tris" of our choice, choosing from all the options on the menu. Everything was truly exceptional: the Gorgo, zucchini, and saffron risotto was excellent, the agnolotti spectacular... We were truly satisfied with everything we ordered. And the dishes served at other tables were also very inviting. The prices were very fair; we spent €50 for two: two tris, two soft drinks, water, coffee, and desserts (the latter to take away, because after the two tris we were quite full!). The place is quite intimate and cozy, the waitress was friendly and very welcoming, even with our four-legged friend. It will definitely be our regular stop when we're in the area. In summary: a great discovery, highly recommended!
02/09/2025: We enjoyed an excellent lunch at Francesca and Mauro's. Their cuisine, culinary advice, and welcome are truly authentic. Thank you to them for their availability and kindness. Three hikers who came this summer while passing through the GTA.
