18/05/2026: Shopping malls can be stressful, but stopping at this café completely changes your day. The place is modern, clean, and the selection of sweet and savory treats is truly excellent (the coffee is perfect, perfectly creamy!). The real strength of this place, however, is the staff: kind and welcoming. It's not every day that you find such professional, fast, and constantly smiling people, especially during peak times. They have an extraordinary ability to manage customers with kindness, precision, and a contagious positivity that turns your break into a whole new experience. Impeccable service and attention to detail. I will definitely return every time I find myself at Metropoli. Five well-deserved stars!
