They don't take reservations (at least in August), and the wait is about an hour. The farinata is top-notch, the pizza is average, the wood-fired meat is very good, and the desserts are interesting.

Eucharistic and prompt staff, busy place also for the quality of the product offered, the only flaw I took a farinata against good tastes but as you will see from the photos unfortunately the edges are a little too burnt different from my partner's which was 9.00 mine unfortunately I can only be objective but as always I say it's not over here I will return to see if it is customary or a small advertising error, ok, and their choice to make it well cooked accordingly if you like it otherwise take something else and I will also try something else

You always have to arrive well in advance because they don't take reservations and there's very little parking, but it's worth it: the best farinata I've ever eaten.

The pizza was very good, but they don't take reservations, and there's a wait if you want to eat outside in the summer. The wait was long, about 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive, but it was justified by the fact that the restaurant was really busy both inside and out. Recommended.

The pizza is light and easy to digest, but the ingredients aren't top-quality, especially the mozzarella. The place is best known for its farinata, which I found too burnt. For dessert, a meringue dipped in Grand Marnier. I'd adjust the proportions because the alcohol balance is too much. On paper, these are my favorite places, more authentic and local... but in reality, it turned out to be a place with no reason to praise it. Move on.

Veniamo qua da sempre e partiamo da Laigueglia apposta perché merita davvero! La farinata più buona che abbia mai mangiato, più buona della pizza ma anche la pizza si difende bene.. prezzi super onesti, ci torneremo tante altre volte!!!!
