The farinata is excellent, but go early because it's always packed. Very spartan environment and service, but the quality is remarkable.

It is the best of its kind. The atmosphere is that of a village festival with long tables in a single space with wood-fired ovens at the back. Excellent farinata and crunchy on the surface, the pizzas aren't bad either, I prefer them slightly thicker but it's a matter of taste. Informal and quick service that allows you to manage the considerable turnout. Queue outside during the week in low season already says everything about the popularity of the place

Arrived on Saturday at 7.30pm, long wait to be able to have dinner as the place was already fully booked with queues outside. The very minimalist service was carried out in
fastest way possible. Nothing to complain about the farinata as well as the porchetta. Busy but invigorating evening also for parking.

With a group of friends we ate in this place which is sober with wooden tables and benches. The food is good, the farinata and meringue are excellent. The staff were very kind and very attentive to the customer. The only negative note is the owner, a lady so stern that it borders on rudeness.

Passion and love for their work which they conduct with professionalism and attention, I had a wonderful dinner, the place is welcoming and rustic enough, the joined tables and benches are an added value.

Pizzeria that has remained unchanged for centuries and I love it for this reason too, the postcards still hang on the wall😍, now faded, which I remember from times gone by and the head of the boar who as he gets older now wears glasses🤣🤣, I don't give 5 stars to the environment just for the rumble you hear when it's full. The food was excellent, especially the thin farinata, crunchy on top and soft on the bottom. The combination of farinata and mixed salad is the best for me. The grilled meat and sausage are excellent and of high quality. They do not take reservations. There are tables and benches so it can happen that you sit next to strangers.
