The food was a wonderful experience: fantastic and copious starter of soused eel, excellent first courses of tajarin with game ragù and parcels with truffle fondue and then fried frogs, all served with care and concern. Friendly and professional staff, I recommend it

Typical Piedmontese cuisine, you spend the right amount and you eat well. Excellent wines and desserts (there is also homemade ice cream). Recommended is the vitello with tuna sauce, a starter of cured meats and cheeses and beef cheek.

As a couple we tried the raw Bra sausage, the pumpkin and leek cream with Castelmagno fondue, the fondue and truffle parcels, the tajarin with porcini mushrooms, the strudel and stuffed peaches. To drink we chose two glasses of Barbera d'Alba. All really good. The staff is young and passionate and very attentive to the customer. The lake visible from the large glass window of the room makes the place suggestive and romantic. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Beautiful place, in my opinion one of the most beautiful locations in the area, it's just a shame about the inexperienced service, the food was very good but I noticed that last year the food was a little better, I hope it was a bad evening... But anyway it remains a beautiful and very good place

We were very pleased, we ate a tasting menu X 28e which was very good. The place is very nice and the staff, despite having arrived at 2pm, they looked after us very well, very attentive and very friendly. All very good
