Quiet restaurant, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Food was average. The appetizers were plentiful but tasted average, not restaurant-style. The giardiniera, Russian salad, and beans seemed pre-packaged, not cooked on-site. The first courses, in short. The grilled fish was good, but I would reconsider the side vegetables, which were out of season and probably frozen. The service was very good, and the young waiters were courteous. The restrooms were new and clean.

Restaurant, where you eat well, spend the right amount, splendid location, with a large garden, pond and lots of vegetation, a relaxing place where after eating you have all the time to recover from the culinary marathon

Beautiful, quiet, with a very kind waitress. We had mushroom risotto and two grilled trout, with potatoes and zucchini on the side.

02/01/2026: Booked here for our last evening in Stresa. Friendly welcome from staff. Ordered a bottle of Gavi wine (€48!!) Ordered a starter each, mozzarella cheese, and a burrata.. Then a lasagne and a spaghetti dish, a dessert and coffee, finishing with a lemon cello All our food was delicious, freshly cooked and well presented. :) :)
30/10/2025: We've been going to this restaurant for years. Nothing changes. The welcome, the service, and the food are all top-notch.
