L'Agnolotto In Tortona

Small but very welcoming place, certainly different from the usual. Large printed menu at the entrance where you can choose the type of agnolotto and the sauce to match. Ingredients and prices clearly written. Very nice Kascia, the girl who brings the dishes. We will be back.

Always a certainty. Possibility to choose the portion, filling and seasoning. You can taste the agnolotto in all its versions, accompanied by a good glass of Timorasso which cannot be missed.

Agnolotti in broth more than decent, in my opinion; fried food in some respects yes, in some respects no. Good wine. For me, not very economical considering that the service is reduced to a minimum, but the agile and informal concept, even in a refined environment, is pleasant.

A winning format: traditional agnolotti (with variations on the theme for the fillings), cooked and served on the spot with seasonings of your choice, available to eat on site fast food style or to take away (both cooked and raw). Suitable both for tourists who don't know the typical local dish, which they can enjoy sitting at the table, and for locals, who without too much effort can find the agnolotti ready for Sunday with the family. A great idea! Truly excellent quality, they taste like those that grandmothers in the area have always prepared for their grandchildren.

A culinary experience to be repeated. It can also be takeaway. Well organised. The place is a bit small... but you can keep company... Delicate, discreet service. My cod agnolotti are delicious…. but I heard everyone was satisfied. The dessert is worth it. Take the one of the day. The bottled beers are artisanal. A place that will see me OFTEN!!! Well done girls!!
