03/10/2025: The veal with tuna sauce was truly excellent!! Then I tried the agnolotti, which were also very good. The service was kind and attentive. I'd definitely visit again in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor seating.

As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a decor that blends elegance and rusticity. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, ready to guide you through the selection of local dishes and wines, which are a true celebration of the region's gastronomic traditions. The menu is a true delight for the senses. Each dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, many of which come from local producers. We started with a mixed Piedmontese antipasto, where the flavors of carefully prepared vegetables and fresh meats were evident from the first bite. The first courses are a triumph: the tagliolini with fresh porcini mushrooms are simply divine, while the ravioli with three roasts was an experience beyond words. The desserts also deserve a special mention: the creamy three-chocolate Turinese dessert and the berry tart were a true indulgence that rounded off our meal beautifully.
