My wife ordered the Acquario spaghetti, which she didn't quite like, and she left almost the entire plate. The dish was removed from the bill, with the management's apologies, and was fairly and honestly dismissed. The other dishes were very good. We'll definitely be back to try the sushi, perhaps.

We were at this restaurant tonight. We chose a main course from the menu and were served an extraordinary dish, balanced in flavor and presentation. While we were dining, the chef appeared, apologizing for the mistake (the dish had, he claimed, been mistakenly prepared according to the original recipe) and insisted we try the original dish, which was served very quickly. Needless to say, both dishes were prepared extraordinarily well. There was certainly no serious mistake, but they showed extreme attention to the customers who place their trust in them. The place is tastefully decorated, refined, quiet, and well-attended. The staff is always smiling and perfect. I'd say they deserve more than 10 out of 10.

I believe that, at least for Sicily, this is the best restaurant in our region... We're talking about a refined atmosphere, top-notch staff, not to mention the quality, presentation, and flavor of the food... Prices are reasonable for the quality, cuisine, and freshness of the products (we're talking very high quality) they serve. I will definitely return on my next visit to Palermo and I highly recommend trying it.

I came here for dinner and was already satisfied: - the service was polite and helpful - the food was truly delicious and the ingredients were of high quality - the restaurant was clean, spacious, and comfortable - the prices were expensive, however I believe the value for money deserves a 4-star rating.

04/11/2025: Perfect Simplicity by the Sea This restaurant was recommended to us by a Sicilian friend from Palermo, and it was a total success. We arrived early and were lucky enough to get a table with a spectacular sea view, like we were on a boat. The food was simple and delicious. I ordered spaghetti with seafood ricci di mare and devoured every last bit 🤤 authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. My husband had fish: beautiful presentation and impeccable quality. The place is simple and unpretentious, which makes it even more special. Later on, it gets busy, and the service becomes a little slow, but that's part of the charm, and it's completely worth it for the view and the quality of the food. We would return without hesitation. An authentic and delightful spot by the sea.

07/01/2026: We ate outside under a tent, when it started raining it started to rain, the food was very good and plentiful, the service was quite fast.
