Nice place to stop if you like freshly cooked pasta dishes. We had a very nice pesto and gorgonzola primo lunch which hit the spot. The bread with the meal was so-so but that was hardly a deal-breaker. Nice and friendly service too although it helps if you speak Italian or French.

Personally, I had a good meal there, passing by at midday, a good tometta accompanied by salad and potato, then to finish a scoop of ice cream. Service a little disjointed but with a little patience you can get there.

You really have to go find it in Valsaverenche, and you'll appreciate the simple yet tasty cuisine. Prices are moderate. The atmosphere is a bit spartan, but at least it's captivating.

It's a restaurant where we've dined several times, most recently two days ago, for lunch for two on the veranda. We've always had excellent food, even in winter, with hearty and generous dishes. The prices are moderate, the service is quick and efficient, and the interior decor is beautiful and imaginative. We'll gladly return!

This relatively remote restaurant worth the extra drive (the road is beautiful). We ate here what was probably, in our opinion, the best food in Piemonte. We were the only “non-locals” so it was a good sign for good food. Service was efficient and friendly. As a photographer, they allowed me to take photos of the most talented cook.

Locale accogliente con una sua forte "personalità", personale gentile e premuroso. Ho apprezzato soprattutto i piatti tipici della tradizione valdostana, preparati con cura. Conto molto più che onesto. Nessun problema di parcheggio, il ristorante dispone di un'ampia area riservata alla clientela.

03/08/2025: ....it's open at the end of September, but only until 1 pm. Warm and welcoming location. There are no lines like those of August vacationers. We also enjoyed two excellent coffees. The house panzerotti, however, were not made that day, so we didn't like them. The same goes for the focaccia...the thick one. The house torta paesana wasn't any better either. The lady who served us was kind and friendly, and we wanted to buy more in July 2025. The focaccia this year too...same bad result: dry and not made that day. I hope it's just bad luck. I recommend checking the freshness of what you buy right away. The ricotta is among the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend it. The ice creams are also good, and you can enjoy them on the veranda if you like. Unfortunately, we didn't like the wait times due to poor coordination of orders between the various departments (bakery counter, cured meats counter, and cheese counter)... it creates long, disorderly lines... We'll return as soon as possible, building on our previous experience. Bye
22/07/2025: Every time I go to Brusson it's a must-see for the bread and desserts they make, excellent.
