Ristorante ottimo e la cameriera veramente gentile ed amichevole. Siamo stati qui a metà settembre e c'eravamo solo noi, purtroppo per l'attività essendo alla fine della stagione estiva, ma ci hanno servito e curato in tutto e per tutto comunque senza nemmeno metter fretta nel cenare (che in alcuni posti accade purtroppo). Due polente strepitose e due calici di vino bianco ottimi! Quando torneremo nella valle passeremo sicuramente da qua ancora.

“Typical” restaurant with rooms furnished in a particular and sometimes confusing way. Traditional dishes with a decent flavour, but without the slightest aesthetic research in presentation. Service without infamy and without praise. Private parking. External veranda on the first floor. Price appropriate to the offer.

I had dinner with my nephew in this delightful place in upper Valsavarenche a few evenings ago. Very rustic and evocative environment, attentive service, possibility of using outdoor tables on an ancient wooden terrace, convenient parking, reserved for customers. Very rich menu of courses, with particular emphasis on local tradition. We had Aosta Valley lasagna and Aosta Valley steak, with a side of sautéed potatoes in the oven. Generous portions, exceptional food quality, prices slightly lower than the average for the area. It will definitely become our reference when we return to the area. Highly recommended.

In the delightful Degioz, the heart of Valsavarenche, this now historic restaurant welcomes you with a truly peculiar charm. The place seems to want to embrace the visitor, in a very convivial atmosphere. Excellent dishes, plentiful and well cooked. Not only typical Aosta Valley products but also truly intriguing reinterpretations, without exceeding the quantity of proposals on the menu to always provide high quality. We have returned twice within a few days, and we have always been more than satisfied! A piece of advice: be intrigued by the dishes of the day and don't think too much about the classic traditional clichés! 😉

Risto-pub con ambientazione "fantasy". Il mio voto è a metà tra le tre e le quattro palline,il menù e la proposta sono coerenti con l'identità del locale e con il territorio. Zuppa Valpellinentze molto buona, "mago merlino" non memorabile forse un po' caro (una salsiccia, una braciola di maiale molto sottile, patate). Il personale molto cortese e gradevole ma il servizio forse è un po' lento. Opzioni per vegani non così ampie forse un posto si potrebbe aggiungere.
