The service was simply extraordinary and very fast, and the food was equally amazing: super original and, in my opinion, decidedly "gourmet," worthy of a starred vegan restaurant, if it weren't for the portions, which here at the "Bistrot" are truly worthy of stars for their abundance and richness.

Lovely atmosphere. Delicious dishes, made with truly top-quality ingredients. The Giada sandwich is truly excellent. The chickpea hummus is interesting 😉 I'll definitely be back. A must-try!

A very nice place, within the city walls. A quiet atmosphere where you can chat in a relaxed atmosphere. Attentive staff and some of the best food for vegans. I'm not vegan, but I really enjoyed the specialties on the menu. They also organize many very interesting cultural events.
