One of the first restaurants in Marina di Ragusa, completely renovated. We eat very well. We have always been there and will always return. Mythical.

Tutto perfetto,siamo stati a pranzo per il 25 di aprile con una coppia di amici,abbiamo preso i due menù della giornata (pesce e carne).location accogliente ,personale gentile e disponibile..consigliatissimo.assolutamente da ritornare

Esperienza culinaria davvero eccezionale. Attenzione ai dettagli..Ogni piatto..Squisito, dal sapore raffinato, di ottima qualità. Allegherò qualche foto per dare un senso di autenticità a quanto detto. Le foto raffigurano l'antipasto: " L'abbuffata di Mare " Il Secondo: ," E che Cavolo !

Warm and serene atmosphere... the television in the room and the one in the external room are not invasive and do not disturb the conversations between the various diners. The pizza is excellent, made in the room and visible to customers, and the various dishes offered to customers are interesting. It is possible to book take-away pizza even when the restaurant is full without having to wait long. Prices normal.

11/06/2025: For me, Arqua e farina is the best pizzeria in Modica. The pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and a crispy, thin crust. The toppings are sometimes extravagant and incredibly delicious. Highly recommended

28/04/2025: I went to this place for an event where there was pizza... For goodness sake the pizza dough was really good. Too bad only for the combinations of toppings, in my opinion not very convincing, not to mention the fact that they brought us two similar pizzas with a white base and pistachio and the difference was that one had mortadella and one didn't, but still... Even the flambé pizza, more show than taste. In short, with such a good dough and a bit of a shame in my opinion.
