Pleasant place. Even though there were few customers in the room, the staff seemed in difficulty and disorganized. Excellent fondue and lamb, shame about the overcooked pasta and too compact bread. With a little more attention it could be an excellent restaurant. It's worth a little less than the price you pay.

Nel corso della mia breve vacanza a Vasto, di sabato sera, mi sono imbattuto in questo bel ristorante situato tra i vicoli del centro storico. Abbiamo iniziato con una battuta di fassona al tartufo, delle pallotte cacio e uovo e un tagliere di ventricina e pecorino abruzzese. A seguire la mia ragazza ha preso uno spaghetto al ragù di ventricina, mentre io ho preso degli arroaticini e un contorno di patate al forno... il tutto ovviamente accompagnato da un'ottima bottiglia di Montepulciano d'Abbruzzo. Il servizio é efficiente e molto veloce. I prezzi sono nella media, tanto che ho speso meno di 120 euro. Nel complesso un ottimo posto in cui gustare della buona cucina abruzzese.

Volevamo un locale caratteristico nel centro storico di Vasto ed evitare il pesce.
È stata un'ottima scelta, prodotti ottimi, ben cucinati e serviti, personale simpatico e disponibile. Avevamo assieme una persona con problemi alimentari e abbiamo trovato massima disponibilità.
Prezzi a mio avviso adeguati alla qualità e quantità di quanto proposto.

The service was very attentive and the wine was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately we couldn't order the food because I collapsed from one second to the next: sunstroke. The food at the tables next door looked fantastic, the menu was very interesting and varied. We'll definitely be back next year and savor the fantastic menu in a romantic atmosphere! We are already looking forward to it!

Pleasant evening in a restaurant with typical Abruzzo products.
We spent a dinner here featuring excellent Abruzzo food: excellent appetizers (chicory on broad bean cream), perfect tender lamb and sublime kebabs.
Prices above average and a very nice interior, a little uncomfortable outside even for the waiters themselves but still characteristic.

Cozy place, courteous and competent staff, fast table service. Prices are just above average and are generally spent choosing to eat fish dishes, but for what Vasto offers I highly recommend stopping here and trying the "Pallotte di cac' e ove alla vastese", the "Stuffed potatoes all 'Abruzzese' and, of course, the 'Sheep and Ventricina Arrosticini'. You will certainly leave with a full stomach but satisfied with the incredible journey of local flavors that you will not easily repeat elsewhere...

Excellent roasts. I also recommend the stuffed aubergines and potatoes. A little expensive. I would stay here again.

Prices slightly high for the quality of the food offered. We took: the potatoes stuffed with parmesan, egg and bacon (we weren't there, 12 euros too much and tasted nothing special) the classic hand-cut sheep's kebabs (good flavour, but questionable in quality because the meat was not very tender and at times seemed to be mixed with meat from other animal sources) and finally the cheese and egg balls which I feel like promoting with flying colours, excellent in flavor and with a super pleasant consistency. Needs improvement, I don't recommend it if you're looking for unforgettable kebabs.
