Went to eat today for the first time.
Piedmontese mixed fried food, 10 out of 10. Very light and very varied. I've never eaten like this anywhere else. The owners (family-run) are incredibly kind. Welcoming atmosphere, seating is limited, but it makes a difference...you really do get treated well...I highly recommend it. I give it a 10 because I can't rate it higher, but it's worth a thousand. 👏👏👏😋😋😋😍

I've never eaten such a delicious and refined fritto misto.
So much variety in meat and vegetables.
And what can I say about the dessert...a real gem.
Everything was served professionally, with careful explanations
of each course.
The trio of appetizers that preceded the fritto misto were delicious.
The place was very cute and welcoming.
The staff were very kind and professional.
A homey atmosphere where you immediately felt at ease.
What can I say...I gave it five stars, but if I could,
I would have given it ten, well deserved.
I highly recommend it for the fritto misto,
but also for the other typical dishes that were
listed below.
We'll be back again.

First time for lunch at this charming restaurant, with an intimate, family atmosphere.
We dedicated the day to the fritto misto, which was truly AMAZING, the best I've ever eaten. We'll definitely be back to try their other specialties. Highly recommended.

Small but welcoming. Courteous and professional staff. Quality dishes are served with care and meticulously described during service. Reservations are essential. The wait list can be long, but it's worth it. I highly recommend it.

A supreme expression (personally, the best I've ever eaten) of Traditional Piedmontese Fritto Misto. Incidentally, capital letters aren't the norm. In fact, at La Volta Antica, everything is capitalized: from the friendly, straightforward service that immediately puts guests at ease, to the dishes featuring undeniably fresh ingredients cooked by expert hands. I'll leave the lucky ones who get to savor the majestic fritto misto for last. A triumph in the quantity and quality of freshly fried savory and sweet dishes. A marvel of both quality and quantity. Must try at least once.

Elisabetta's cuisine is exquisite, refined and genuine. La Volta Antica, family-run, is a restaurant enclosed in a small but welcoming environment in typical mountain style. On cold winter days a wood-burning fireplace helps to liven up the room. Themed evenings are often offered according to the food characteristics of the current season. Arrive in the main square of Mezzenile, get out of the car, three steps and you will be welcomed by courtesy and quality. From savory to sweet, the journey will certainly be pleasant, accompanied by good wine. Absolutely fair prices.
Ps: when scheduled, do not miss the mixed fried food, without comparison...
