Excellent service and original dishes!

A dinner in superb company. Starting with the traditional focaccia with the best Genoese pesto I've ever eaten, continuing with an exceptional shrimp carpaccio (thanks to the quality of the shrimp and the skillful use of flavors and grated lemon zest) and a pumpkin flan so good I wanted to order a second. All accompanied by two bottles of natural wine that paired perfectly with the dishes (thanks to the sommelier and the producers...). To finish, a white chocolate cream with fruit pieces, a taste sensation. Kudos to the entire team... An experience worth repeating, a dive into the authentic Genoa that I recommend to all travelers.

I went there for dinner tonight for the first time and immediately sensed the expertise and passion behind every dish, along with the attention to detail. Simplicity is a key added value. The place is very clean and welcoming, the dishes are delicious and balanced, the wine list is excellent, including natural wines, and the best coffee I've had in years. The prices are definitely fair. Overall, I had a great time here and can't recommend it highly enough!

An interesting menu, not a wide selection, and portions worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant don't make me give it more stars. The price doesn't justify the quality, which is average. The portions too. It's a classic restaurant where you're still hungry when you leave.

Good morning, unfortunately my experience was disappointing: I tried the brandacujun and the portion was very, very small. As for the atmosphere, service, and cleanliness, nothing to complain about: definitely okay.

La Voglia Matta is one of those places where you walk in and immediately realize there's thought, taste, and respect for what's served. The place is meticulously maintained, beautiful without being cold, with an atmosphere that puts you at ease and makes you want to sit down and enjoy the time, not just the dinner. The food is simply excellent, incredibly fresh, and it shows. Dishes are thoughtful, intriguing, with new ideas that really work: no throwaway special effects, no forced or Instagram-worthy "bullshit." Here, innovation is intelligent, measured, always at the service of flavor. Each dish has meaning, coherence, and above all, personality. You can clearly sense that they know how to cook and know what they're doing. Top-quality ingredients, perfect pairings, balance. They don't try to wow by shouting, but they succeed naturally, and that's much more difficult. A place you'll want to return to, because you eat truly well and because you feel treated with care, from the ambiance to the plate. Well done, seriously.
