A fantastic discovery, we were truly satisfied. Beautiful setting with gray tones and attention to detail. Exquisite dishes, refined but not pretentious, excellent ingredients. The icing on the cake, the dessert: I took a risky suggestion from the waiter (a dessert with chopped anchovies, would you ever order that? :D ) and instead it was THE BOMB! We'll definitely be back.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The signature raw fish was a true explosion of taste and creativity: whimsical but perfectly balanced combinations, capable of enhancing the freshness of the fish with unexpected touches. The sage semifreddo with anchovy crumble was the grand finale you wouldn't expect: a surprising and unforgettable dessert, where the saltiness of the anchovy blends with the aroma of the sage in a perfect balance. Congratulations to Katia for her boldness and mastery!

An unforgettable culinary experience!
The oysters with chocolate, lemon foam and chilli were a revelation: a bold and surprising combination of flavours. Each dish is a discovery, the result of the creativity of a chef who confirms himself as a true artist, deserving of many stars. The staff were impeccable: courteous, attentive and always available.
Only personal note: I prefer environments without the presence of dogs, for a question of comfort during the meal. It would be useful for the venue to clearly indicate its policy in this regard, so as to allow all customers to make an informed choice.
Overall, a restaurant that I highly recommend to those looking for an out-of-the-ordinary gastronomic experience.

Se tutti i ristoratori fossero precisi, preparati e disponibili come Katia, la titolare e chef, e se al servizio in sala il personale fosse attento e simpatico come Barbara, noi celiaci nei locali potremmo sentirci accolti, coccolati e tranquilli, e naturalmente mangiare ottimi piatti, preparati con materie prime di qualità.
Io ho gustato una buonissima ceviche di ricciola e il mio adorato stoccafisso (in purezza), perfettamente spinato, con un buon calice di vino friulano fermo consigliatomi da Barbara.
Avevo prenotato ieri, ed oggi il compagno della chef, Davide, mi ha fatto trovare la focaccia del forno "Randazzo senza glutine" di Sestri Ponente, con sopra l'ottimo pesto di Katia.
Vogliamo trovare un difetto? Non avrete la vista mare dalle vetrate, ma vi assicuro che il mare lo sentirete tutto intorno, perchè il borgo è, sul mare, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Voltri, e lo sentirete soprattutto nei piatti.
Il locale è accogliente e moderno, con sedie comodissime (il che per me è un valore aggiunto).
Prezzi corretti.
Tornare sarà un must!

Cenato presso questo ristorante , la location molto gradevole in un carruggio di Voltri molto carino e suggestivo , i piatti serviti tutti ottimi , minestrone , torte salate e baccalà mantecato , pansotti al sugo di noci e cuculli e per dolce dei fantastici canestrelli con salsa di zabaione e caramello salato fantastici. Unico neo tra una pietanza e l’altra troppa attesa ho cenato in 3 ore , manco un matrimonio.
