Only one waiter speaks English, I was glad for him being there for every evening I came. He knew ingredients, so I could choose well, because I have food allergies.

We’re visiting here from USA and came upon this place. I usually always go by reviews and was too hungry to look. After sitting down and raving to my husband about how this has been our favorite food in all of our Italy visit so far. I’m done checking reviews, I have no faith in them anymore. The food was superb. There was so much flavor considering a lot of the Italian restaurants we’ve been to have been very bland throughout Italy.

A folkloristic experience...
Despite the chaotic service, I have to say that the €15 menu wasn't bad.
The dishes were okay, not abundant, but you can't expect much given the price. We had a late lunch without any problems...
Be careful with the owner's calculations when you get to the cashier.
All in all, I've seen worse.

A lovely place across from the Sanctuary. While touring Pompeii for lunch on Sunday, we found this place. They offered a tourist menu with a wide selection of first and second courses. The menu included a first course, a second course with a side dish, fruit, and a cover charge. There were six of us, and we ate well, with prompt service. For those with modest expectations, and given the price of the tourist menu, I recommend it. The waiters were very friendly.

I don't understand the reviews. It's shameful to write this.
We ate and drank for 3 for €38. What do you expect from 4-star service?
Honestly, typical, the two mamas who still run the shop.
Fresh and very good products.
Very, very, very good value for money.
I recommend it for a quick bite to eat something typical.

Found by chance... reading the tourist menu a Spanish tourist points out... buonito buonito and we went in we ate well for what the menu was the lady at the tables was fabulous very nice I laughed like crazy the whole evening the service went like a train and while talking we all laughed at the tables all very kind very pleasant evening

Very good meal. We stopped at this restaurant by chance and everything went very well. Fast service and friendly staff. Pasta was pretty good and the price was quite reasonable.
