La Vineria con cucina In Brescia

Locale fin da subito bellissimo , accogliente e riservato. Dopo aver visitato la cantina e scelto la bottiglia di vino , abbiamo iniziato con un paio di entree buonissimi. Risotto con ragù di gallina e funghi meraviglioso e abbiamo proseguito con un manzo all’ olio davvero ben fatto, in seguito una quaglia omaggio dello chef , anche quella molto buona. Per finire una carta dolcì molto molto interessante. Chablis top , passito top e amaro del farmacista sensazionale. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Buon pranzo nel cuore della città. Ambiente carino e personale molto cordiale. Ho deciso di provare dei piatti non della tradizione bresciana. Ottimo il Fish & Chips, da provare. Unica pecca, il menù alla carta non è molto economico, anzi forse un po' sopra la media.

Walking around the main streets of Brescia, we decided to stop for lunch in this tavern. There were four of us and we took: two platters of cold cuts and cheeses for two people; two bigoli, one with ragù and the other with pumpkin cream and smoked bacon; a casoncello and a Bergamo-style stuffed rabbit. My boyfriend and I opted for half a liter of house red wine. We were all very satisfied, especially with the first courses, pasta cooked al dente and tasty sauces. The appetizer platter was also excellent, while the Bergamo-style stuffed rabbit was a little disappointing: for the price, we weren't expecting just two not-so-thick medallions served on two lettuce leaves but in the cooking sauce. We finished with coffee. We recommend!
