Monterotondo is the Villetta point.

Giving 5 stars is too little. I have been following the chef's Instagram page for years, finally today I tried the restaurant's cuisine. To say exceptional quality is too reductive. Magnificent experience as is the owner of the house. Truly everything very beautiful, I took the tasting menu......I really struggled to finish it. Excellent everything. Thank you so much for the magnificent experience.

Lives up to its reputation...very fresh fish and cooked to perfection. The quality and service come at a price though! Highly recommended.

This place has a menu that makes you salivate! The raw material is first choice. I believe that there are still some possible improvements. The use of oil is a bit too heavy, even though it is an excellent oil. The first courses were without a particular thrust even though technically well done. The grilled tuna and the fantastic mantis shrimp! The wine list is impeccable.

TOP ON EVERYTHING! Great Family (and Team) in the Kitchen as well as in the Dining Room, Professional but Friendly and never Intrusive. Let's start with 2 Gran Crudi (Raw Scampi and Shrimp, Mixed Salmon Pepper, White Sea Bream Carpaccio, Sea Bream Tartare, Tuna Fillet), an Excellent Soutè of Natural True Clams (Caught Not Farmed) finally with Tasty and Non-Hospital Dressing, a couple of Mixed Fried Food (Cute Octopus, Pink Shrimp and Paranza). Followed by 2 Paccheri with Red/Purple Shrimp and Pecorino di Fossa, 2 Tagliatelle Cacio e Pepe with Raw Red Shrimp, 1 Risotto Cremolato agli Scampi and the Delicious Grilled Corn Cobs. With 1 Franciacorta Prestige and 2 Sardinian Vermentinos €100 per Person. Correct. Some bitters and coffees are offered.
