On the advice of a friend, I stopped for a quick pizza and that was it. Quick, professional and courteous service. Not being a pizza lover, the few times I eat it, mostly out of tradition, I hardly finish it and every time I regret not having chosen something else. This evening I ate a really good pizza. Light pasta, excellent and carefully prepared ingredients, flavors combined to perfection. I don't consider myself an expert, but I really liked it. Compliments to the pizza chef.

We stayed 3 nights, hotel and room very good and restaurant very good, breakfast is not included but they sell tickets for lunch in a pastry shop 1 minute from the hotel which is excellent, the welcome is very friendly, I will return to this establishment without hesitation.

I stayed here one night because I ran the Gir de Gnard excellent single room restaurant in the evening very good wholemeal pizza, digestible and light with an excellent final herbal tea. highly recommended above all they let the bike be brought to the room without problems and I was able to wash the bike outside without any fuss. I'll be back next year

I often go to this restaurant and every time it is a pleasant confirmation. The quality-price ratio is really excellent: dishes with attention to detail, generous portions and honest prices. Very clean, tidy, staff and owners very knowledgeable about raw materials and professionally attentive to finding the right balance between explaining the magnificent combinations of flavors and culinary pairings and not annoying the customer with too much knowledge. All staff in youth uniforms. Innovative and intuitive menu, excellent range of proposals, where carnivores, vegans, intolerants and lovers of wood-fired pizza can feel pampered and at ease while tasting very exclusive and well-prepared dishes. Excellent Italian wine list and some champagnes. The list of Italian and European craft beers is noteworthy, where as a fan I can say that it is rare to find in a restaurant a selection of Porter, Imperial Staut, Ipa, Apa, pils, beers for celiacs, non-alcoholic beers and even 2 easier to drink beers on tap. The beers have the same service as the wine, they are served in an ice bucket and tasted in glasses, where I tasted 2 styles and they changed the glasses each time. The raw fish was excellent, my friends ate the pizza, and said it was idyllic. I tasted a fruit dessert with maple and found it excellent, my friends 2 desserts that they appreciated very much. They served 4 varieties of very good bread. What embellishes the offer of this place are the list of salts, the list of oils, and the list of herbal teas. As a finale, an unusual and very spectacular icing sugar, appreciated by all. Even though the place was crowded I noticed that it wasn't noisy. Waiting times are short and like all places that make a difference they served all 3 of us at the same time. They have a corner shop dedicated to wines. Much appreciated that the chef who is also the owner, took a tour of the room where he also paid attention to us. The owner, who is also the owner, was very willing to have a chat and told me that in December they will have their panettone on sale in the corner shop. The prices are average, in my personal opinion generally low compared to the high quality and service of this place. They also have 9 rooms above the restaurant as a B&B. Next time I'll try the pizza. I highly recommend this venue. Truly a great experience
