La Villa In Castelvetro piacentino

Mi sono fermato al volo per cena in questa pizzeria e trattoria durante un viaggio di lavoro. La nota sicuramente positiva è il personale molto gentile e disponibile mentre la pizza, anche se abbastanza buona, a mio parere è fin troppo sottile e questo, a causa anche del poco pomodoro posizionato sopra, causa delle bolle di bruciato anche all’interno della pizza stessa e non soltanto nel bordo. Consiglierei di farle leggermente meno sottili e soprattutto di aggiungere un po’ più di pomodoro in modo che non si secchi anche la parte centrale. Comunque, se passerò di nuovo in zona, mi fermerò volentieri.

Always spectacular, pizza, cuisine, desserts all really excellent. Absolutely valid prices. Highly recommended, but I'm certainly not discovering it today, it's a place that has existed for decades and there must be a reason 😉

Good, thin doll pizza. Quatro formaggi was delicious. Marguerita was boring.

For lovers of thin pizza I would say one of the best places I have tried. Perfectly cooked and a really light and digestible dough. The same goes for the fried pie which in turn is accompanied by excellent quality/price cured meats.

Excellent quality pizza and selected ingredients make this place a true paradise for the taste buds. Excellent staff ready for your every request. cuisine... to say the least excellent with typical dishes of the Piacenza tradition... and excellent fried pie with Piacentini cured meats on Wednesdays

I go there very often because I really like the pizza there, quality ingredients and reasonable prices, the staff is very kind.
