What a great discovery! It was our first time at this restaurant, and the experience was absolutely positive.
The service was very attentive and detailed, thanks above all to the professionalism, experience, and helpfulness of Tobia, who looked after us extremely well.
We chose a selection of cheeses, vegetables, and the fillet steak: everything was delicious and of excellent quality.
A restaurant we will definitely return to. Congratulations to all the staff!

Fantastic experience at La Braceria dei Ghiottoni di Tobia!
We went for lunch today, and what can I say... exceptional food and an A+ welcome!
First of all, I want to compliment Tobia for his friendliness. He's super kind and helpful. What a wonderful surprise to discover he's a fellow Apulian! We immediately felt at home ❤️
About the food: the tagliata was exceptional, cooked to perfection. The paccheri with Chianina beef ragù... fantastic, to die for! And the charcuterie and cheese platter was delicious, top-notch products.
You can tell there's passion and quality behind it.
We'll definitely be back, both for the quality of the food and the friendliness we received.

The owner is incredibly welcoming!! He'll do everything he can to make you feel comfortable! From choosing the meat, the owner will confirm every detail! The steak was fantastic—tender, flavorful, and delicious! The appetizers were excellent! The prosecco was also superb! I highly recommend it! It was definitely worth the 30-minute drive just to eat the Florentine T-bone steak!

I went for lunch and I must say it was a very pleasant surprise. It's an intimate place with limited seating, so reservations are almost a must. We were greeted by the owner in a very friendly manner, which immediately puts you at ease. There's a good selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, and a very welcome prosecco. We had a scamorza cheese appetizer with pancetta, a grilled fillet with seasonal vegetables, and baked potatoes. The quality of the meat was superior, and it was paired with an excellent wine recommended by the owner. At the end, we were offered licorice, limoncello, and cantuccini. I can't wait to go back to try all their dishes. Highly recommended.

Very nice place, wonderful welcome from the kind and professional staff (something rare these days), excellent raw materials and a wide selection of excellent meats, the veal cheek truly excellent. Highly recommended!!!!
