Magnificent experience, excellent service and the place is lovely to do again

I stayed with my partner for a business trip in this modern hotel in Bonea (BN). The structure takes great care in terms of aesthetics and the general harmony of the furnishings. The Superior room booked was very large and bright with a balcony overlooking the garden. Even the corridors and the living room present upon arrival on the floor pleasantly caught our attention due to the sensations of welcome, comfort and privacy conveyed. For dinner we used the restaurant adjacent to the hotel: the quality of the raw materials and the preparation of the food would be enough for a 10 and praise, but here too I would like to highlight an extremely positive evaluation also for the attention to the design of the environment, the furnishings and above all for the level of attention for the guests and the professionalism of the dining room staff. Unfortunately our overnight stay was disturbed by a birthday party held in the restaurant room exactly on the floor below the rooms, the loud music did not make us sleep a wink until 1:00 am. The breakfast room was under renovation at the time of our stay, so we had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant room, appropriately set up in one of its portions: a shame that we had breakfast with a really low room temperature, a rather limited buffet and the espresso coffee dispensed by an automatic machine certainly not up to the quality of an authentic espresso and the general quality of the structure.

I have been to this location after a long time, changes have been made from the rooms to the menu. I must say the place has been renovated and renovated to perfection, even for the menu I can't say otherwise, the food is a bit bland and I'm talking about all the courses. Same thing for the grilled meat (I attach a photo) that was overcooked. But all in all it's not bad.

Sono ritornata in questo ristorante dopo alcuni anni.L' ho trovato ristrutturato, buon gusto nella scelta degli arredi e dei colori. Varietà di scelta tra piatti di terra ( piatti di tradizione) e mare. Personalmente ho gradito l' antipasto di mare e gli scialatielli ai frutti di mare ( un po' salati per il mio gusto personale, arrivati in sostituzione di un risotto di mare, causa disguido in cucina), personale gentile. I miei amici hanno gradito la pasta ripiena di ricotta con zucca e tartufo.

Ristorante ristrutturato con gusto e reso moderno da una architettura lineare e luminosa . Staff competente e professionale in grado di rispondere in modo amichevole a tutte le esigenze. Servizio veloce. Prezzi contenuti. CONSIGLIATISSIMO
