Visiting Sulmona with friends, a trader had shown us a restaurant in Pratola Peligna. Luckily we found it closed and looking for something nearby we found this Trattoria. Homely atmosphere and excellent food. We ate polenta and tagliatelle with mushrooms. Everything was excellent, including fruit. Fast service and reasonable price.

25/05/2025: Sono stato oggi a pranzo in questo ristorante tutti molto disponibili ma all'arrivo del menù mi sono reso conto dei prezzi parecchio cari, ho preso una bruschetta con una salsa di porcini, pappardelle al ragù di coniglio e zafferano ????, boooo i petali del fiore c'erano!! la quantità ??? pocho più di un assaggio, di secondo due porcini alle griglia del peso complessivo immagino 100 - 120g., un calice di vino, una bottiglia d'acqua, ho pagato 75,00 €€ però mi è stato offerto il caffè. In conclusione , la qualità del cibo è indiscutibile ma il prezzo è esagerato e non credo di volerci ritornare.

We tried the mixed bruschetta and the ones with porcini mushrooms and truffle were delicious They surprised us with a fresh, delicious ricotta and grilled porcini mushrooms. My very tasty chitarrina with porcini mushrooms and the steak cooked to perfection Compliments also for the furnishings

04/05/2025: Place right on the pass, large and characteristic, great food, fast service, honest prices. Ample parking, highly recommended.
29/04/2025: Characteristic, rustic and well-kept refuge. Large room and excellent climate despite it being quite cold outside. The right and tasty dishes. The little dog in the room who livened up the evening was very nice! The shank is of excellent quality and cooked very well. Exquisite polenta and grilled lamb as well! Friendly and helpful dining room staff. We will definitely be back!
