I finally managed to return to this Chinese restaurant. I was in the area for lunch. The ravioli were good, the pasta dishes were very tasty...try the lotus leaf rice. I couldn't resist the fried ice cream, which was very tasty and thinly breaded. Excellent value for money. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive, and even at lunchtime they served with a cloth tablecloth.

Yes, I know what you're trying to say. I've been absent, and unfortunately, I know it and I'm sorry, but I've been very busy lately. In any case, I'll proceed with my critique of this restaurant.
I went to the Via della Seta restaurant for the first time on Saturday, January 31, with my father, my brother, and my girlfriend.
The restaurant has a sober and restrained style typical of American restaurants with an Italian flair, with light colors and wooden chairs.
Guys, I'll be honest, being a critic isn't an easy job. From our lofty perch, we're called upon to judge dishes indiscriminately, regardless of who prepares them. Anyway, we ordered two appetizers, a first course each, and two desserts.
The appetizer, mixed ravioli, was served in the classic steamer, which reminded me of my first trip to Japan, to faraway Okinawa, with my friend Miyagi.
The ravioli were very flavorful on the palate, with an aftertaste of typical Chinese spices.
For my first course, I ordered the grilled seafood spaghetti, and wow, I was truly blown away, especially by the quality of the shrimp, which is definitely a key point.
Finally, I ordered a warm chocolate heart and some mochi, very good—nothing extraordinary, but good in their simplicity.
You thought that was the end of it, right?
Unfortunately or fortunately (it's up to you to decide), I have to make a criticism; otherwise, I wouldn't be the respected critic I am. My criticism concerns the service, which was unresponsive and gave me the impression they were in a rush.
The cashier, with his engaging and powerful laugh, managed to bring a smile to my face in my life, marked by anguish and desperation.

A charming, well-decorated restaurant with friendly staff. The food is good and reasonably priced; you can get a trio for €12, but I opted for the à la carte option. Spring rolls, steamed vegetable dumplings, shrimp udon noodles, and Chinese tea for €25 (€2 cover charge).

The best Chinese restaurant in Turin
But forget the usual Chinese restaurant with the same old dishes, a menu with 200 different dishes, and a place with a smell that lingers for a month.
Here you can enjoy traditional Chinese dishes as well as contemporary reinterpretations, handmade dumplings, and the duck, which is a delicate marvel.
The place is clean and bright, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, with Matteo, a charming manager, and his mother, whom you can only adore with that grace and sweetness that, if she sees you have a slight cold, she'll make you a magical herbal tea like a grandmother.
The food is excellent.
Well done
