Excellent Piedmontese and Ligurian cuisine in the center of Turin. Reservations are essential, as it's a sophisticated and well-known restaurant. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Service is fast, clean, and the table settings are excellent, with soft cloth tablecloths and napkins. Perhaps it's just a coincidence, but all four dishes we tried were very salty. The homemade pasta, however, was perfectly cooked. The wines served by the glass are very good. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity.

Excellent restaurant for enjoying Piedmontese dishes with a touch of Liguria. I've been there twice, and I'll definitely be back for a third. I recommend the tasting menu, with a wide selection and generous portions.

A historic restaurant in the center of Turin, near Piazza Castello. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, and above all, excellent traditional Piedmontese and Ligurian food. Must try if you have the chance.

We managed to find two seats by pure luck, and it was a pleasant discovery. We ordered two tasting menus and sampled a variety of delicious dishes. The staff and owner were all kind, smiling, and friendly. An excellent experience, worth repeating.

Lively welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service. Very much enjoyed the veal with mayonnaise over lettuce as our first course. Plin pasta was delicious. Dessert was enjoyable.
