The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm, and the owner puts on a show at the service. It's full on a Sunday evening, mostly with locals. Invited by some Turin residents, I can't comment on the price. A great place that I won't soon forget.

La Via del Sale is a restaurant that perfectly showcases Piedmontese tradition. The cuisine maintains its roots, yet with a refinement that makes each dish special.
The roast was the true star of the evening: tender, juicy, and rich in flavor, prepared with a mastery that demonstrates the attention to quality ingredients and perfect cooking. A dish worth the visit alone.
To finish on a sweet note, the bunet: creamy, balanced, with just the right contrast between cocoa and amaretti biscuits. A great Piedmontese classic, impeccably interpreted.
A place I recommend to anyone seeking an authentic and refined experience of Piedmontese cuisine in Turin.
