We stumbled upon it by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the truly delicious and authentic food, the excellent service, and the equally authentic atmosphere. I recommend the fried meatballs, as the frying oil is excellent—not truck-fresh, used for weeks (as often happens)—and the wild, delicious sautéed chicory. The bruschetta is also excellent. They were also courteous with our Golden Nebbia 🐶 Thanks for everything, and see you next time.

Passing by as a tourist, spotted through Google reviews. My favorite trattoria, small with a friendly atmosphere, perfect for an evening with your partner or even with friends. Excellent value for money, and since I'm from the Langhe, it's more than excellent. Their strong point is the pasta, which is strictly fresh, as it's made in-house. For foodies, this trattoria is a must-try.

Highly recommended trattoria, with delicious bruschetta, charcuterie, and cheese platters. Their homemade Gricia pasta was simply SPECTACULAR. The lamb and arrosticini were also top-notch. I'd go back tomorrow. The staff made me feel like I was a guest in their home. KUDOS to the owner, I had a wonderful time.

Maria Luisa's traditional cuisine restaurant is always a guarantee, and every time we come to L'Aquila, it's a regular stop. Reservations are recommended on weekends.

We had a delicious dinner, a mix of meat, lamb, sausage, and arrosticini. Everything was delicious, especially the lamb. Friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.
