La Veranda In Arenzano

Business trip. Very nice room even if not properly isolated from the noises of the rooms next door. Comfortable bed. Dinner at the restaurant and respectable breakfast.

Couple's weekend in February, very helpful and courteous staff. Very spacious double room with large and comfortable bed. Large bathroom but I would see the tub again as it is not very comfortable. Spa service with excellent hydromassage. Excellent restaurant with great prices. Varied buffet breakfast

Elegant environment, super friendly staff, renovated rooms but clearly dated and not up to the standard of the general environment. Comfortable bed and beautiful view. Fantastic breakfast.

Overall we had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - central but still quiet, so you can easily reach many sights. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast: there was a great selection and everything was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

This is a decent place to stay, check in was reasonably quick, room was clean, seemed a bit old but still good. Breakfast was decent. Would stay again.

Excellent refined hotel, excellent service in front of the sea

Nous y avons dîné le soir de notre arrivée à l’hôtel. Ambiance calme avec musique de piano agréable. Cadré à l’ancienne avec un service digne d’un 4 étoiles. Menu sans rien d’exceptionnel avec de prix qui ne correspondent pas à la vraie valeur des met proposés. Parmigiana, soit disant revisité, sans aucun intérêt, présentation de l’assiette de gnocchi d’une rare tristesse.. Beaucoup trop cher..

Ancora una volta recensisco La Veranda del Grand Hotel Arenzano. Mi rincresce assai ma non ci siamo. Intendo per i livelli del Grand Hotel. Simona, la sommeliere, una persona squisita, se potesse rappresentare il Grand Hotel. Ma, purtroppo, la cucina fa acqua da tutte le parti. Il grande chef L. Collami, è solo un paravento esecrabile. Il sous chef Anil, fa quello che può. Il pesce non sa di mare, sia nell'antipasto di ricciola come nel cappon magro, stantio e povero di sapori. Apprezzo Anil con l'assaggio gratuito del baccala' per sopperire ad un polpo immangiabile. Il risotto, tanto decantato, si riduce ad un normale riso, assolutamente sì, ben cotto, ma slegato con i pomodorini confit. Il dessert , un ulteriore disappunto. Viene denominato tarte tatin, un cumulo di mele caramellate con una pallina di gelato. Mi dispiace, veramente, che il servizio così inappuntabile si accompagni ad una cucina, a dir poco, mediocre. Simona ed Alessio, bravi, ma la cucina ha falle esorbitanti. Un conto di 157, 50 euro con limoncino di A. Bruzzone offerto. Il vino scelto è un Chablis domaine Barat 2022. Per il dessert un calice di Ben Rhye'. Insomma un bilancio in negativo. Peccato per quella splendida struttura del Grand Hotel.
