La Veranda In Roma

We found out about this restaurant by chance, searching on the Internet. We really had a great time, very nice location, passing through an alley you find the very suggestive veranda, overlooking the railway but in our opinion in the evening it is very particular and characteristic, speaking with Gianluca one of the owners that place has been there since the 1940s. For the food we took the aubergine meatballs which were spectacular, a focaccia (and brought some very good oil from them to accompany the focaccia) a good amatriciana, but the cacio e Pepe for personal taste was stratospheric (I did it again). Average prices considering the quality of the products. Service, hospitable, kind, polite and also approachable. It was a pleasure to discover this restaurant, thank you, see you soon.

Despite the limited choice of starters, they are excellently prepared. The environment is refined and familiar, the service perhaps even too attentive to the customer. I appreciated the wide selection of wines and craft beers.

It was a noteworthy discovery. Excellent food, staff who know how to make you feel at home and excellent service. Not the usual menu, but something innovative. Highly recommended!

Such a great experience! Enjoyed a pasta and a pizza and both were delicious. I was excited to find a Roman style pizza place since so many are Neapolitan. The service was great - very kind and quick waiters. Would recommend stopping in!

Great food, friendly and professional staff

An artichoke in the Giudia style and a gricia as Rome commands.

I was in this restaurant last night for a dinner with friends and I must say that everything was excellent, from the location, to the welcome and friendliness of the staff, up to the dishes, all very good, you can see and above all you can feel that the raw materials are of excellent quality. I will definitely go back, to be able to eat what I wasn't able to eat last night, for obvious reasons of stomach space.

Torniamo spesso in questo locale, dove pizza, antipasti e hamburger sono veramente ottimi. Tutto preparato con cura e scelta di ingredienti di qualità, piccola ma curata selezione di birre artigianali e, per chi non deve guidare, ricco e sorprendente assortimento di alcolici per il dopo-cena. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media delle pizzerie di zona, ma ampiamente giustificati dalla qualità

Già stata parecchie volte e come sempre si sono superati. Abbiamo mangiato piatti fuori dal menu, eccellenti!!!! Servizio ottimo come tutti i piatti, i ragazzi ci hanno trovato un posto con tutto che era tutto pieno. Cibi di gran gastronomia, consiglio di assaggiare..qualità prezzo credo sia giusto.
