Very nice restaurant. Delicious food. The manager and waitress were very kind and helpful. A charming place in Bergamo's upper town. Various vegetarian and gluten-free options. I highly recommend checking it out. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and never intrusive. Traditional and revisited cuisine. The chef was truly top-notch: passion, knowledge, and imagination. I dined outside, in a historic, characteristic, yet refined and elegant location. The prices were fair for the quality offered. A restaurant that deserves praise; I will definitely return.

A wonderful discovery in Bergamo! Excellent welcome from the entire team, a beautiful setting (we dined on the terrace, planted with plants and beautifully lit), and delicious food for a very reasonable price. The restaurant is located slightly away from the heart (crowded in August) of the Cita Alta, and we did not regret going a little further away! Thank you for this wonderful evening.

A truly comfortable, quiet, and pleasant atmosphere, impeccable service, and delicious fried polenta. The first courses aren't so memorable. You must try the butter on croutons and Mimmo's red wine. It truly has a unique flavor. Then, for dessert, I had the panettone in August 🤣. It was delicious. I recommend this place, which you should try at least once. The price is average.

Located in Bergamo's charming Città Alta, this osteria captivates from the first bite... and the first smile. The Dishes: The casoncelli alla bergamasca are a triumph of tradition, while the sirloin steak impresses with its quality and impeccable cooking. To accompany everything, an amazing Amarone elevates the entire gastronomic experience. Welcome and Service: Massimo, the owner, along with his staff, manages to create a family atmosphere, characterized by kindness, courtesy, and friendliness. The dishes arrive at the right pace, without rushing, and without the anxiety of having to leave the table—a rare treat these days. Atmosphere: A perfect mix of rustic and refined, with a surprising freshness that makes the atmosphere pleasant even on the hottest days. Parking: Easily accessible by car, thanks to a paid parking lot located about a 5-minute walk from the restaurant. Prices: Despite being located in the prestigious, touristy Città Alta area, prices are affordable, making this osteria a gem worth discovering (and rediscovering). Highly recommended: A must-visit for those who love authentic Bergamo cuisine and want to feel pampered like at home. A must-try, a must-experience, a must-talk about.

I'll start by saying that I immediately loved the romantic, well-kept, and welcoming entrance overlooking the park. I think they've managed to renovate the restaurant, both inside and out, maintaining its original character while adding class. The only thing I can say is that the kitchen area overlooking the park seemed a bit out of place. I'd refine the exterior wall and windows with a few more details to match. The service, as at the other restaurants on the property, is always excellent; the dishes offered (in my case, summer dishes) are quite varied. Perhaps I would have appreciated a couple more options for main courses and side dishes, and the portions are appropriate for this type of restaurant. The prices are absolutely average; in fact, I deserve full respect for them for not exaggerating them like at other similarly sized venues in both upper and lower Bergamo. Definitely recommended!
