Beautiful place with a spectacular view of the lake. Very well trained, very kind and attentive staff! Super good and plentiful dishes. Paolo and Giorgia really fantastic. Must try!

Review "La Vela" 03/11/24
La Vela Caffè e Cucina was a pleasant discovery on the shores of Lake Bracciano, precisely in Via della Rena 23, founded way back in 1991. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the spectacular view, with the pier directly overlooking the water, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere.
I had a simple aperitif at sunset, and at dusk the view was truly suggestive. The staff was friendly and the location, thanks to the enchanting view, allowed me to enjoy the moment better. I recommend it for an escape from the chaos of the city, if available the pier, highly recommended for a pleasant aperitif.

A magical place. I have been coming to La Vela since I was a child and for me it is a place of my heart. The atmosphere is relaxing, the environment is very well looked after and eating or having an aperitif on the pier is enchanting, especially at sunset.
The dishes are excellent, and a special mention goes to the fried fish, very good.
Furthermore, the staff is very kind and helpful.
I highly recommend to experience all the magic of Trevignano and the lake :)

I went to a Brazilian evening: the evenings were TOP but what about the food? They tried to have a Brazilian dinner that... only the picanha was Brazilian🤦🏽♀️; the rice, in our jargon was "papa" that is, over cooked and the puree had nothing to do with the dish. Advise? Next time, ask a DOC Brazilian to prepare 😉👍

Je suis en déplacement pour le travail et ce dimanche , étant donné la chaleur , je cherchais un restaurant avec une terrasse à l’ombre au bord du lac de Bracciano …je ne pouvais pas mieux tomber
Terrasse agréable, bon accueil, nourriture soignée, service attentionné, bon rapport qualité prix… je recommande
J’ai mangé un carpaccio de poisson et melon, un filet de poisson d’une fraîcheur exceptionnelle à l’huile d’olive et citron accompagné d’une superbe salade de tomates pesto
