09/11/2025: Regional cuisine with locally sourced products. Tradition combined with creativity, excellent ingredients, and expert craftsmanship are the ingredients of this restaurant, which is unpretentious but never predictable. A very pleasant atmosphere and prompt service guarantee an excellent dining experience. The wine selection also matches the food. Today we had an appetizer featuring a carpaccio of cardoncelli mushrooms picked that day with truffles, along with cheeses from local producers, truly delicious. The lasagna with pumpkin, mozzarella, and local blue cheese was delicious. Off the menu, I was offered a rib-eye steak from our local donkey, which was simply divine. All washed down with Nero di Troia. Highly recommended. In the end, you get what you pay for, or perhaps even less.
