A small but very cute and welcoming place. The food selection is varied and interesting, with traditional dishes reimagined with a vegan twist. The owner makes you feel at ease, creating a casual and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, even for non-vegans.

A place managed with courtesy and competence. Varied menu, with imaginative and appetizing proposals, my advice... do not miss the tortelli with veg ricotta and spinach. But every dish is worth trying. We will definitely be back.

Food was really good. I had ravioli and cold lasagna. It's worth asking what's available. I craved some pasta dishes but I didn't see them in the display cabinet. We almost left but luckily the owner started a chat with us and that's how I learnt there are more options. The lady is super kind and helpful.

Wonderful informal restaurant with a great locally based vegan menu and a genial host. The chef and owner Alessia is exceptional, especially as I didn't speak Italian. She calmly explained in English the menu, the food of the region and even threw in some history and local knowledge. In a country that has many great food experiences, this is my favourite so far. Highly recommended! 👌

We came from Veneto, to go see an exhibition at Palazzo Diamandri, then we booked at this place, very good food, excellent choice, very nice owners. Highly recommended.

This restaurant has now become my trusted delicatessen, the owner Alessia is always available to accommodate my every request and offers dishes that vary according to seasonality, I like it because it offers both first courses and second courses, her seitan is one of the best, try it to believe it. The desserts are also delicious, I recommend the chocolate salami! I always call to book a place so I can delight in their vegan dishes!

Mainly take-away restaurant but full of vegan options and delights

I spent 2 days in Ferrara and had lunch and dinner at La Vegana because the very nice and helpful owner prepares excellent and delicious meals. It's worth stopping in this delicatessen, whether vegan or not, it's all delicious and made with love and passion, in addition to the quality of the raw materials. It really feels like family 🥰 Thank you for everything Paola
