La Vegana In Ferrara

Mainly take-away restaurant but full of vegan options and delights

I spent 2 days in Ferrara and had lunch and dinner at La Vegana because the very nice and helpful owner prepares excellent and delicious meals. It's worth stopping in this delicatessen, whether vegan or not, it's all delicious and made with love and passion, in addition to the quality of the raw materials. Vegan rotisserie/restaurant in the center of Ferrara. Researchable vegan cuisine with vegan versions of typical Ferrara dishes! Recommended! 😋

Really very nice new location, I sat at the table and enjoyed delicious dishes, excellent value for money, punctual and courteous service and excellent dishes from appetizers to desserts... takeaway is also worth trying... highly recommended

Well, I'll start by saying that it's a shame that this place is small, the owner is a wonderful person, the food is one of the best vegan I've ever eaten, real food, it's not the usual vegan restaurant with the same vegan burger... too bad I'm from Milan, but my boyfriend and I had a great meal.

We knew that this food was good because of the reviews, but we were not expecting this level of deliciousness!!! My partner has been vegan for more than a decade and was speechless when eating the pasta. I just danced :) There are gluten free options and the chef/owner is such a nice person, who can tell you in detail about the ingredients of each dish. If you are visiting or living in Ferrara, it is a must.

The first thing we did when arriving to Ferrara was walking to this restaurant. The food was truly wonderful and it was great that the chef could explain in so much detail which ingredients were used for each dish. Vegan or not, every person should come to eat here because the food is super tasty!!! We had a main dish, with desert and coffee afterwards. We also got take-away because we couldn’t resist. Thank you for the great experience :)
