A delicious vegan rotisserie; I particularly loved the vegan cappelletti. My boyfriend and I went to eat at La Vegana a few weeks ago and had a great time. It's not a restaurant, but a rotisserie, so you should expect a simple place where the food is the star, not the decor. Everything we ate was delicious, excellent vegan versions of traditional dishes, with a focus on flavor, all at truly reasonable prices. Plus, the owner is a lovely person, and we chatted about cooking all evening! If you're passing through Ferrara and don't stop by La Vegana, you've missed a true gem of the city!

I was passing by and only had a plate of pumpkin cappellacci with soy ragù, delicious! I'll have to come back from Bologna to try all the other dishes, especially the desserts, which are also homemade and look delicious. The atmosphere is informal and the welcome is super friendly. A pleasant experience.
