Positive experience in this restaurant in Predappio Alta (dinner 11/05/2025). Characteristic restaurant located in an old cellar with a beautiful view of the hills. Very suggestive entrance with a bas-relief as decoration above the entrance door.
As a starter we opted for a salad with raw ham, mushrooms, rocket and cheese sauce. Note of merit to the quality of the ham!
We continued with a portion of potato tortelli with wild boar ragù, veal tartare with shallots and rustic potatoes. All very pleasant dishes.
For dessert, a strawberry and chocolate tiramisu: a good conclusion to a quiet and relaxing dinner.
Kind and attentive service.
Correct price for quality and quantity.
The innkeeper is a great host: very kind and helpful!

Partly by chance and partly out of necessity we stopped for dinner as we were staying in a nearby farmhouse. Without a reservation they welcomed us...The first impression is that of a village tavern with a few patrons who are a bit noisy....but this too has its charm.
Kind and attentive service it must be said... And for being in a small town the choice and variety of the menu offered is more than appreciable

The exterior gives confidence, typical of the good taverns, above the entrance door there is a bas-relief depicting the harvest....(Who knows why 😁) then you cross a small threshold and a world opens up that smells of authentic wine and ancient flavours. The shouting that comes from the rooms downstairs is joyful and makes you understand that you are happy in friendship there.
After having eaten well you can visit the old cellar, and then go down and say a prayer to San Giovese 🍇 immersed in rooms full of history and perfumes, the smell of the must accompanies you throughout the visit, close your eyes and with your mind you find yourself along the rows of vineyards harvesting the grapes and making... love!

They know what they're doing in the kitchen. We are not talking about starred dishes, with super refined cooking or ingredients, but somehow, you find yourself eating those things that your grandmother cooked for you... good, genuine, but not old, because the presentation is modern.
