Trattoria in the province of Novara, simple and clean place. We start with tasty local appetizers. You can taste the famous dish "paniscia", a typical risotto of Novara cuisine. You absolutely must eat a nice portion of sweet gorgonzola with caramelized dried figs, a delight. Worth a visit.

Typical cuisine in a characteristic village, excellent paniscia, memorable boiled meat trolley and a discreet and familiar environment. Also worth trying for a business lunch

If you want to eat a good paniscia, I think this is one of those places. Quiet place, nothing special, a country restaurant like many others, but where you eat decidedly healthy and well. Friendly staff, with excellent advice on the menu of the day. For the prices, well, what can I say except that they are certainly interesting given the quality of the food. If you're passing through those parts, the detour is worth it.

I could go into a long preface on the benefits that village trattorias bring to the soul, but today, instead, I prefer to write something more interesting, and in doing so I would like to be particularly exhaustive on three great dishes of Novara cuisine:
The panissa, the roast king with baked potatoes and the apple pie.
Exhaustive? How can a comment replace taste buds. You are right! He can't. Therefore I prefer to be concise by writing: simply fantastic. Score 10 cum laude or if you prefer 110 cum laude with dignity of printing. Congratulations to the owners!!!!!!
