A wonderful experience, the staff were helpful and friendly, very attentive to everything going on. The food was excellent, and the dishes told the story of Abruzzo. Homemade cured meats, cacio e ov (cheese and egg) balls, stuffed peppers, and legume soup—all of this served as appetizers, not to mention the sublime homemade egg pasta. The house wine didn't disappoint, enveloping and perfectly complementing the meal without being heavy. To finish on a high note, the various types of roast meat were delicious. Desserts, yes, are available, and they're all delicious. The only flaw was that we shared everything in the middle for four people, which was a bit too much, but we'll definitely be back.

Coming back to this restaurant is like coming home. The food is beyond excellent, the setting is wonderful and very quiet, nestled in the woods. The staff is incredibly kind. The price is fair for the authenticity of the dishes. I'll definitely return every time I'm in Fraine.
