Historic Ostia beach resort, with a building still in the Fascist style, featuring marble and period decorations. On one side, there's a pleasant wooden pier and access to the sand: very characteristic. Umbrellas, deckchairs, sun loungers, and changing rooms, including showers and changing rooms. In the central building, there's an elegant and renovated restaurant with sea views.

The first and second courses were good, but the price was excessive and the service was unprofessional.

The food is very good, I personally would improve the menu by adding new dishes.

During the summer, on the hottest days with clear skies and no desire to stay indoors, I recommend this restaurant with a terrace literally overlooking the sea. At lunchtime, the umbrella and the breeze still allow for a delicious meal. In the evening, if you arrive at the right time, you can enjoy the spectacular sunset, even though the sun sets sideways along the coast. The food is excellent, with a selection of fresh fish from a cart, and the service is always attentive and prompt. I recommend the raw fish as an appetizer. The bill isn't cheap, but it's certainly worth it considering the overall setting. Reservations are required at least one day in advance.

The best seafood restaurant I know in Rome. The menu doesn't change much over time, but the main reason is that everything is focused on fresh fish, the catch of the day. And the amberjack and John Dory I ate today confirmed the high quality this place offers. If you're looking for classic seafood, then this is the place for you; if you're looking for innovation and creativity, then look elsewhere. The first courses are generous and delicious. The staff is courteous and professional. Outdoor tables directly overlooking the sea. Plenty of space inside. Prices are moderately high.

Siamo stati a Pasquetta in 10 di cui 3 bimbi, siamo stati fuori e il luogo è veramente bello e accogliente. Da fuori e dal sito non rende la bellezza e siamo rimaste sbalordite dall’interno. Il cibo tutto buono, l’unica cosa se proprio devo dirla sono gli antipasti che sono veramente minimi per il costo che hanno, ma comunque tutto buono e di alta qualità. Abbiamo preso i primi che erano fantastici, vino, prosecco e dolci altrettanti.

Abbiamo festeggiato una giornata speciale presso La Vecchia Pineta di Ostia, la cui esperienza ha superato le nostre aspettative che erano già elevate. Prenotando con largo anticipo, siamo stati accolti con estrema cortesia. La selezione del vino e la qualità dei piatti si sono rivelate particolarmente sorprendenti, confermando un impegno costante verso la massima cura del cliente e della cucina. Gli arredi, i tavoli e ogni dettaglio degli ambienti sono curati nei minimi particolari, mentre la pulizia, evidente in ogni angolo, contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera serena e raffinata. Nonostante la presenza di altri commensali, il rispetto, l'assenza di confusione e l'ordine hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole, evidenziando un ambiente gestito con grande attenzione. In definitiva, ogni aspetto della serata si è rivelato altamente sopra le nostre aspettative, confermando il locale come una scelta ideale per chi desidera un connubio perfetto tra qualità, cura del dettaglio e un rapporto qualità-prezzo onesto.
