I had dinner with two friends at this restaurant in Sirmione on Friday evening after it was recommended to us. I must say we really appreciated the quality of the food and the menu options, including the selection on the wine list. The restaurant is well-maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere without being too formal. Definitely recommended for a different experience at a place that offers excellent cuts of premium and non-premium meat. We'll definitely be back.

Just one rule. A few dishes, perfectly executed, showcasing the excellent ingredients. The main ingredient is meat. Great variety, exceptional cuts, unquestionable quality. Everything rigorously cooked over wood-fired charcoal. Dream-worthy Florentine steak. Unforgettable grilled escarole. A very wide selection of wines. The waiters are also very knowledgeable about wine pairings. A discovery.

Excellent experience. The quality-price ratio might be disappointing, but only if you consider the excellent quality of the ingredients. It's probably more inviting in spring, with the first warm days and outdoor seating, which isn't yet available due to the still wintry temperatures. As mentioned, the meat is quality, with select cuts that anyone who loves grilled food should try.

We had lunch today in this beautiful restaurant by chance and we enjoyed excellent food accompanied by a good wine... the place is very beautiful and there is a wonderful atmosphere, very professional staff we were very satisfied

You can tell they put passion into everything they serve. My friends and I ordered two appetizers that we shared. One of them was the spectacular cold cuts platter, which melted in your mouth, and two cuts of meat cooked over the fireplace, which were fantastic, perfectly cooked and simply seasoned, but it didn't need anything else. A friend of ours had a delicious and creamy cacio e pepe, absolutely worth a try. The place is clearly under renovation; the new decor blends in with that of the previous management, but I'd say it's in third place. Overall, very satisfied.

Always the best in meat and more! Highly recommended.

I think I've eaten the best steak of my life so far, a chuleton de vaca vieja that I still dream about. Wine for every taste and only high quality.
