I canceled a reservation made on the same day we were supposed to arrive through Booking.com. Usually, you pay a penalty. In this case, the owner was very kind and didn't ask for anything. Thanks again.

Beautiful experience, starting with the owner Luciano, always attentive, kind and helpful. Basic rooms, but comfortable, clean and quiet. Let's add the location, a stone's throw from the Sanctuary and the presence of an excellent restaurant, where you can eat excellent pizza and typical dishes, including an Abruzzo specialty (such is the chef) really tasty: sagne with beans and pork rind. We will be back.

I have to say everything is excellent. Starting from the location near the sanctuary, internal parking. The restaurant pizzeria is super excellent, you eat very well. The rooms are basic, quiet and clean with a view of the olive trees of the sanctuary. The manager is a giant with a heart of gold. A respectful and friendly person, always attentive to the needs of the customer. I have to say that 5 is not enough, I would have added 10. Everything is very good.

Yesterday evening with friends we tried the new management of the pizzeria located in the old farm of LORETO. Luckily we had booked for eight because when we arrived the room was full, clean place, friendly staff. We ordered 8 pizzas of different flavors. The pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection, for a small inconvenience we met the pizza chef, (foreigner) but with an extraordinary professionalism and kindness. Very modest prices for the product eaten and for the level of the place. We will definitely return. If I have to make a very small criticism it is not for the food but rather for the management in the room, probably due to the newness, however I highly recommend it.
