En esta página se habla mucho de cocina auténtica. A pesar del ‘otro’ Soldano, del que no sé nada (no fui porque no pude encontrar un menú en línea), este parecía el papel, estaba claramente lleno de lugareños, y en mi opinión su ángulo en los platos estrictamente tradicionales que teníamos era 100% lo real. Realmente no sé lo que algunos esperaban aquí. Personal amable, divertido, y en la pelota. Sólo el billete.
