Best pasta ever in Rome. Not salty and cooked perfectly. Tried other restaurants where it was salty and not fully cooked. We are very disappointed at other restaurants but this one is the best. So we went twice.

The restaurant is quite large, built below street level, so access requires descending about seven steps, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues.
The ambiance is romantic and meticulously crafted, with all kinds of lamps providing a soft glow, paintings, spotlights, and arched vaults.
Service on Saturday night was a bit slow; the food was good but not mouth-wateringly exceptional.
I recommend it for its very scenic and captivating ambiance and for the air conditioning, which is a real plus in these scorching summers.

We visited this small restaurant on the suggestion of our B&B host. It didn't look much from the outside.
But once you enter and go down the stairs the venue is cosey and geeks slightly exclusive with lovely art on the walls.
The mid priced menu. Was outstanding. My tortellini with mushroom was the best I've ever had. I asked the hostess to surprise me with a wine to match and I was not disappointed.
Our main waiter for the evening was Carlos. He was hilarious but attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and the specials.
This venue is just down from St Mary Major basilica and opens at 7pm. Before then you'd miss it waiting past, which would be your loss!!

Nos alojamos a 50 m en un Airbnb y reseñado más cercano y mejor aquí (... yo y mis dos hijos adultos).
Muy buen ambiente, muy buena comida, encantadora anfitriona, muy impresionado.
Tuvimos entrantes, principales y postres, precio razonable para la calidad, sin quejas en absoluto, muy agradable de hecho!
