A restaurant a few minutes walk from Termini. A certainty to eat a Roman dish, and not only that, when I pass through Rome!

Found on the advice of people I met on the train: "do you know a typical Roman restaurant near the station?" I found the right place. Typical, good but also elegant with its soft lights and the refined mise en place and table linens. Friendly staff, fast service, always advise the customer. Note of merit for the attention to disabled people for the steps marked both inside and outside and the presence of the handrail to help you go up and down the stairs. Super recommended place for your Roman trips.

Nice restaurant in the basement, comfortable. Excellent and attentive service. The saltimbocca are good. Medium supplì. Fried artichokes with batter, so-so. Excellent tiramisu with 🍊

The best Caccio pepe I had in my life. Not sure why it’s only 4.3 stars while I ate at worst places that are 4.7+

We ordered a portion of supplì, a carbonara, a cacio e pepe and a chocolate cake. first of all, a piece of advice: on the menu you need to write that when you order one supplì, 3 will arrive (on the menu it says only supplì €7.50), good but not the best I've ever eaten. the carbonara was good but there was clearly a drop of cream and there was oil in the cacio e pepe (you could see the droplets). the cake excellent. the location was very nice, a little outdated but I appreciated it. super top service, everyone is very kind. bill of 48.50 euros total I would have avoided publishing the photo of the dish in which you can glimpse the oil bubbles, but given my "stubborn certainty" defined in this way by the restaurant, I am attaching it.

Ristorante della tradizione romana. Materie prime di assoluta qualità, sapientemente lavorate . Grande gentilezza e cortesia soprattutto da parte del titolare che ti fa sentire a casa. Alcuni dei piatti che abbiamo assaggiato erano tra i preferiti del mitico Gigi Proietti (vedi carpaccio di polpo con rucola e pomodorini). Un riferimento e una garanzia per un ottimo pasto al centro di Roma
