Dishes reasonably good but barely lukewarm Fast service

Linguine with scampi not bad, scampi difficult to clean, even with scissors... Not very efficient. Decent but not very tasty pink dumplings. Frying normal. Sweet figs and ricotta, maybe it would have been good... But it was so cold that it crumbled.

Two premises: I know catering and cooking well and if the food is of poor quality I am immediately affected. In one week we returned three times because we had to try everything and the Vecchia Cascina passed all the tests with flying colors: meat, fish, pizza, desserts, all top quality and prepared "by hand". Now, I understand that perhaps this craze for gourmet, sushi, and refinement is giving some people a bit of a headache, but real cuisine, Italian cuisine, good cuisine is a treat, and the Vecchia Cascina does not pretend to be art nouveau of catering, but tradition, yes, that reigns supreme. Dishes treated in an excellent manner precisely because they are not elaborate, respect for the product and no strategy. Take advice from the owner Maria and choose simple and fresh dishes, you can feel all the flavors of the sea and the land, it will not disappoint you. The impeccable service, Giusy, the super professional head waitress, is a winning card for the restaurant, always attentive to everything but without ever seeming oppressive. If I could I would give 10 stars. Well done, keep it up!

Locale accogliente e caratteristico. Personale professionale e disponibile. Antipasti senza infamia e senza lode, pizze fantastiche, primi che lasciano a desiderare.

Siam venuti qua io e la mia ragazza per mangiare solo ed esclusivamente carne. Un mix di carne veramente squisito, servito in un bellissimo piatto. Lo consiglio ciecamente.
