The best food I had in Italy! Pasta genovese was simply wow. So caramelized… I had it with meat separately but with it together it must be as good! Pasta alla Nerano was very good too.

Biancomangiare in Naples is a restaurant that immediately impresses with its attention to detail and the care taken in every aspect of the culinary experience.
The environment is fascinating, with renovated rooms that keep the charm of the ancient architectural splendors intact, creating a welcoming and evocative atmosphere.
We began our gastronomic journey with two pasta dishes that conquered our palate: ziti alla Genovese and spaghetti alla Nerano. The ziti alla Genovese were cooked to perfection, with a rich, flavorful sauce that enhanced every bite. The spaghetti alla Nerano, a traditional dish with courgettes and basil, was simply delicious, with a perfect balance of freshness and flavour.
To accompany our dishes, we chose a Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio, a local wine that turned out to be an excellent choice. This wine complemented the flavors of our dishes beautifully, enhancing them further.
The "ricotta and pear" dessert was the real triumph of the evening. A combination of flavors that managed to surprise and delight, with soft ricotta and sweet pears creating a perfect contrast. I would have done an encore!
Even the coffee was no exception, served in splendid hand-painted ceramics which added a touch of elegance and particularity to the final moment of the meal.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is made even more pleasant by the refined furnishings and the respect for the historical elements of the place. The colorful ceramics and carefully restored architectural details transport guests on a journey through time, while maintaining modern comfort.
Biancomangiare in Naples is a place that is certainly worth a visit for those who want to savor traditional Neapolitan cuisine in an environment rich in history and charm. Each dish is prepared with dedication and served with a touch of class that makes the dining experience truly unforgettable.
