An unforgettable culinary experience! Returning from the Genoa Boat Show, we decided to end the day with a seafood dinner. Words cannot describe the wonderful evening we spent at this restaurant. Every dish was a discovery, a true triumph of flavors. We began with a seafood appetizer that was nothing short of exceptional: a rich and varied platter, featuring a selection of the freshest seafood specialties, impeccably presented. Not only a pleasure for the palate, but also for the eyes! Next, the "Fried" shrimp, calamari, and mixed fish was simply perfect: crispy, dry, and incredibly light, with the freshest ingredients that melted in the mouth. A true cloud of flavor! To finish on a high note, we tried a dessert that was a true work of art, perfectly in keeping with the seasons. Beautifully presented and, even more importantly, exquisite in flavor. A perfect end to an already memorable dinner. Everything was accompanied by a light and tasty house sparkling white wine, which paired perfectly with each course. The service was impeccable: the staff was attentive, professional, and friendly, and Piero and Halyna were welcoming and helpful as always. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing.
