We stumbled upon Valle dell'Aspide by chance. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar. Teresa and Luciano welcomed us as if we were at home. The home cooking, prepared with passion, was delicious.

As a family, we decided to visit the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Porto. On the way, we stopped at the La Valle dell'Aspide restaurant, very close to our destination, where we enjoyed delicious homemade dishes, pleasing to the palate and beautifully presented. All this was accompanied by the warm welcome, helpfulness, kindness, and friendliness of Mr. Luciano and Mrs. Teresa, making it feel like family. I highly recommend it; try it and believe it.

As cyclists, we arrived in Gimigliano without accommodation, and Luciano came to pick us up by car, parking the bikes in a secure area for the night. We ate very well and slept very well! Luciano and Teresa are the owners, I come from Rome and they treated me like one of the family... you feel at home. Luciano is incredibly nice, he made me die laughing. Teresa is a great cook, I ate her traditional dishes divinely, with fresh and excellent quality ingredients made in Calabria. I highly recommend it to everyone. we had lunch and dinner at this place outside it seems quite well-kept green spaces and area for walking surrounded by greenery inside a bit small, ten tables at most. there is a porticoed outdoor area that increases the number of seats fixed menu at 35 euros baby menu 15 euros quite rich appetizer two first courses, second course with side dish bitter coffee homemade cuisine overall acceptable.
