I mean, I live 1 km away, I've been driving past it for 40 years and I've always put off going there. Then one evening this summer I was hungry but I didn't want the usual pizza or packaged stuff and I don't know why the piadina shop on the avenues came to mind... oh what an idiot to have waited so many years. Amazing piadinas at a fair price. They also have 4 different doughs: lard, charcoal, wholemeal and olive oil. Any piada dough can be made however you want, calzone, traditional piada. Now when I want something special I go there.

Piadina deliziosa. Ho provato l'impasto con il mallo di noci, sapore rustico e che si sposava perfettamente con gli ingredienti che avevo scelto: pecorino, mortadella e fichi caramellati. Fichi super, Pecorino molto buono, ma non di quelli molto stagionati, dunque aveva un sapore non troppo forte. La mortadella invece aveva un sapore poco deciso. Adesso non so se per via del resto degli ingredienti che ho scelto o per la qualità, ma per il resto tutto perfetto

Delicious piadina. I tried the dough with walnut hulls, a rustic flavor that went perfectly with the ingredients I had chosen: pecorino, mortadella and caramelized figs. Super figs, very good Pecorino, but not the very seasoned kind, so it didn't have a too strong flavour. The mortadella, on the other hand, had a weak flavour. Now I don't know if it's because of the rest of the ingredients I chose or the quality, but otherwise everything was perfect

Very good Cassone, but really long waiting times for a quick lunch break!
