From a renowned and now "historic" restaurant like La Trota you can only expect a superlative experience. In fact, expectations were not disappointed, Elegant, minimal chic venue, attentive and impeccable service, remarkable but fortunately not extravagant menu. You can choose to taste it (freshwater or land fish) or choose à la carte. I was given a tasting with matching wine and I assure you that the 15-course journey (tasting format) is an experience that satisfies the eyes but above all the mouth. My diner preferred to go à la carte and despite the disparity in the exits the service managed the times perfectly. For all these reasons I can highly recommend the visit.

Beautiful, enchanting place, hearty dishes, elegance in everything (furnishings, staff, dishes, then the place is fabulous) excellent raw materials, top quality ratio. When you eat well, money 💸 💸 💸 doesn't count, because the memory of the place and the flavors are inebriating everything. See you next time for sure. Highly recommended

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the “LaTrota” restaurant. It was an excellent dining experience. The gastronomic and wine tasting journey suggested by the very talented and professional Federico (excellent sommelier) assisted by the impeccable Francesca is to be counted among our best experiences. Amedeo maître de salle supervises the entire wonderful, friendly and capable dining room team with class. Don't miss a visit to the complete and precious cellar which offers you the opportunity, passing through the kitchen, to applaud the chef and all his staff. Super recommended.

Un posto incantevole, servizio eccelso, cibo gourmet over the top, Ristorante d’élite particolare vale la pena. E amico degli animali Il prezzo ? adeguato! Ci torneremo!

Ci siamo fatti 3 ore e mezzo di macchina per qualcosa di speciale e il pranzo ha coronato il viaggio nel migliore dei modi. Menu “Acqua” con pairing….che dire….un inno alla valorizzazione unica di pesci particolari, scomodi che richiedono pazienza e tecniche che possono essere padroneggiate solo da maestri che conoscono bene la materia prima e quel che il territorio offre. Carpa, Carassio, Pesce Gatto…alcuni esempi di piatti capolavoro, menzione per il dolce….oliva, mango, cioccolato bianco….best dessert della vita mamma mia!!! Il tutto in un ambiente elegantissimo, servizio di cortesia pazzesca. Viaggio nei sapori unico al mondo e location tanto bella da sembrare quasi surreale, dentro e fuori il ristorante.
