A historic place (open since 1963!) that has reinvented itself with passion, curiosity, and dedication. A true legend in this area, where I understand how it is the benchmark for chefs (I'm not much of a fan of "chefs") who want to convey emotions. The menu focuses on freshwater fish, carefully crafted with innovative pairings (char, perch, eel, catfish, and carp; the latter I regret not having tried). The atmosphere is youthful, bright, and classy, ​​where you will be expertly guided in your choice of dishes, if you don't opt ​​for the tasting menu, and wines (where there are well-known names, some very/too well-known, but also lesser-known ones, and fortunately, a nice selection of local wines). They are willing to accommodate extra requests with moderation, and the desserts are wonderful (banana, peanuts, and *STRATOSPHERIC* shepherd's tea). Thank you for your time, advice, and passion. By far the best restaurant in Lazio Innovative, unique seasonal offerings, and exceptional quality in both execution and presentation. Stunning location, with service that's as old-fashioned as it is in terms of courtesy and helpfulness.

Excellent cuisine, entirely focused on lake fish, and everything was truly delicious. Memorable dishes, perfectly balanced flavors, and exceptional desserts, a truly worthy conclusion to the experience. Beautiful location, both inside the villa and outside. Prices in line with a Michelin-starred restaurant. I was 100% satisfied with the experience, and will gladly return.

Wonderful dishes, the fruit of years of experience, maturity, and expertise from brothers Sandro and Maurizio. Equally impressive is the dining room, staffed by highly professional and knowledgeable staff who manage to communicate in a relaxed and unpretentious manner. The setting is defined by this beautiful villa surrounded by well-kept greenery next to the Santa Susanna springs. Bravo! Ad maiora.

An evening with a friend at this restaurant I already met with a friend. The staff were attentive, and the service was fast and precise, with a clear presentation of each dish. We chose the tasting menu, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for enjoying the evening. Recommended for those who want to be pampered by food and impeccable service.

A Michelin-starred restaurant, always a pleasant dining experience, with an excellent wine list and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. It's a shame the maître d' was so familiar with some of our guests that when the food arrived, he didn't notice the cutlery was missing! Highly recommended, however, for the skill and flair of the Serva brothers who run the kitchen.
