I returned to La Trota to celebrate a birthday, and for me it remains the best restaurant in Rieti, where you don't just go for the food but for a true sensory experience. The dishes are sublime in flavor. The autumn dessert of persimmons, chestnuts, and coffee meringues was truly exceptional. Definitely worth a try.
