I returned to La Trota to celebrate a birthday, and for me it remains the best restaurant in Rieti, where you don't just go for the food but for a true sensory experience. The dishes are sublime in flavor. The autumn dessert of persimmons, chestnuts, and coffee meringues was truly exceptional. Definitely worth a try.

We arrived with high expectations, and I must say we left the restaurant already wanting to return.
The welcome and kindness of the service was truly superb, with the two chefs (the La Serva brothers) passing between the tables several times to chat with everyone.

My wife and i had lunch with our little son of 20 months and we enjoyed an incredible culinary experience in such a beautiful place. Local food extremely well and fine prepared, all receipts were stunning. The staff was very kind and supporting with our son. I've tried many different 1+ stars restaurant and La Trota has been one of he best so farm Highly recommended.

Splendido percorso acqua, un menu’ degustazione dai gusti accesi e tutto da scoprire.
I numerosi piatti hanno diversi caratteri uniti dal tema pesce di lago con accostamenti audaci e ben riusciti.
I piatti presentano molti colori, gusti e differenti consistenze, ad ogni boccone le sensazioni cambiano in una continua scoperta di gusto.
Il gioco finale dei dolcetti con sorpresa vegetale rende un lieto fine serata.
Anche il servizio molto attento, gioviale e professionale.
